Hab viele verschiedene Reibekäse für Pizzas ausprobiert und finde den geschmacklich und vom Schmelzen am besten
Schleimig
Der Pizzakäse schmilzt tatsächlich gut, das ist aber das einzige was man positives darüber sagen kann. Geschmacklich sehr kokoslastig und was richtig schlimm ist, der Käse bekommt durchs schmelzen eine schleimige Konsistenz.
Wenn man den Käsemix mit dem schmelzunfreudigen Streukäse von Bedda mischt geht's einigermaßen.
