Preparation: 75ml soya drink, 200ml soya cream (approx. 3% protein content) and 120g soya alternative to yoghurt are required.
Put the well chilled soya drink and soya cream in a high stirring vessel.
Add the contents of the bag, stir briefly with a hand mixer at a low setting, then whip at a high setting for approx. 3 minutes until creamy.
Carefully stir in the yoghurt alternative with a hand mixer or spoon.
Enjoy fresh or chill for approx. 1-2 hours.
