INGREDIENTS: Water, palm kernel oil (fully hardened, RSPO) (25%), sugar (12%), emulsifiers: polysorbate 60, mono- and diglycerides, polyglycerol esters; starch, stabilisers: hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxylpropylmethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose; dextrose, salt, flavourings.

Once prepared, the cream can be frozen without problems and served as ice cream or sherbet: create vegan ice cream without effort.Use it just like conventional froth. But to get optimal results we recommend processing the product at 5 – 8°C. Therefore, you should put it in the refrigerator some hours before use. The product can otherwise be stored at room temperature. Improved formula for optimal results!

Großartig
Ich bin absoluter Fan von Schlagfix, wenn es ums Backen geht. Ich habe ja das Gefühl, für die 1L Packs wurde die Rezeptur nochmal verändert, sodass man jetzt nur noch zehn Sekunden rühren muss und schon ist die Sahne perfekt steif.

Damit bekommt man superleckere vegane Sahne hin! Könnte ich auch blank aus der Schüssel essen :D
