PASTA FROM CORN AND LENTILS

CONTENT: 400g

INGREDIENTS: Corn-chickpea flour (corn flour (98%), chickpea flour, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) (50%), lentil flour (50%).

ALLERGY ADVICE: May contain traces of wheat, gluten, soya and egg.

PREPARATION: Put the pasta in boiling, salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

How to make delicious pasta from rescued raw materials? It's simple: the team at Rettergut grabs the leftovers that come up in the production of spaghetti and uses them to conjure up its own pasta. After all, spaghetti must be trimmed to a uniform length so that it fits neatly into the package. The so-called cuttings are given a second chance by Rettergut. This saves valuable raw materials from being thrown away and reduces food waste.

The result is Rettergut Fusilli made from corn and red lentils, which taste as wonderful as they look. This type of pasta's characteristic spiral shape makes it particularly suitable for pasta dishes with sauce, as it absorbs it well. In addition, the twisted noodles are great to skewer with a fork.

The fusilli of Rettergut are made on the basis of corn flour and can be prepared like any conventional pasta. The cooking time is 5 minutes.
