Blumenbrot ( = flower bread) from Le Pain des Fleurs is 100% organic, vegan and gluten-free. The rich base of the crispbread consists of natural organic maize flour and organic rice flour with some additional onion powder for extra tastyness and a small pinch of sea salt. That's all it takes to bake the crispy flower bread with onion flavour.
To ensure that the bread remains tasty and crispy for a long time after opening, the individual slices were packed in two separate chambers. Ideal for everyone who prefers to eat the whole pack over a longer period of time.
