For this fine, purely plant based rusk only original spelt types that are of bio-dynamic cultivation are processed.
The flour is cold milled in order to preserve its valuable contents. Then by adding water and yeast, unsweetened dough is formed. After an extensive period of rest, the dough is gently baked. This sensitive production process guarantees a particularly easily digestible, crisp rusk which makes a valuable contribution to the balanced diet.
