Mild und cremig
Dieser Aufstricht ist besonders sahnig und schmilzt sofort im Mund. Der Geruch ist mild, leicht säuerlich, ähnlich üblichem Frischkäse. Auch der Geschmack ist Frischkäse sehr ähnlich. Die Zutaten sind ausgewogen und es lässt sich wunderbar mit verschiedenen Gerichten kombinieren - ob kalt oder warm. Im Nachgang ein säuerlicher, beinahe zitroniger Geschmack.
