A purely plant-based bouillon with plenty of organic vegetables. Without added flavour enhancers (sodium glutamate) or artificial seasoning and vegan.

Uses in the kitchen: perfect for seasoning soups, sauces, vegetable dishes and other kinds of warm dishes. Also popular as a clear soup for drinking. Dosage: 1 heaped tablespoon/ litre
INGREDIENTS: sea salt, whole rice flour*, vegetables (onions*, carrots*, celery*, fried onions*, parsnips*) (11%), yeast extract*, sunflower oil*, curcuma*, parsley*, mace*, pepper*, bay leaf*, lovage leaves* (* certified organic).
ALLERGY ADVICE: This product contain celery.

Preparation: The controlled ingredients are thoroughly mixed. The yeast is grown on beet molasses and is manufactured by autolysis (natural, enzymatic degradation). Delicious, pure vegetable clear soup without flavor enhancers.

28 Liter für nicht mal 9 €, das nenne ich günstig. Das Pulver ist wirklich sehr ergiebig und man schmeckt auf jeden Fall die frischen und aus biologisch korrektem Anbau kommenden Gemüsesorten raus.
