Byodo organic Linseed oil, cold pressed is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Two of these are particularly important: Linoleic acids (omega-6) and linolenic acids (omega-3). The body can either not produce these fatty acids or at least not enough of them. This means they have to be given to the body in an appropriate diet.
One teaspoon of linseed oil per day is enough to enrich your diet and therefore serve as your personal precautionary protection.
